You might notice a little widget called 'linkedin' in one of the margins of this blog. It is a way of networking with people you know and connecting with people they know. Because at some point in your career you might find it useful to connect with someone who is an expert in an area that you possess little expertise. Or it could even be for job prospecting if you are re-locating to another area. And people might also connect with you for the same purpose. Always be increasing your network. It is not who you know, it is who knows YOU. And one way of doing this is getting linkedin.

LinkedIn is great and, from the amount of invites I'm getting lately, Plaxo seems to making a comeback. I'll be writing a blog post on LI, Plaxo and FB next week.
